This abandoned camper had been on Quigley at the High Street offramp for at least a year, despite many neighbors calling 311 to report the blight and "activities" happening in and around it. There was also an increase of illegal dumping on that street.
The High Street Coalition wrote to Council members and was able to work with the City of Oakland to have the abandoned trailer towed and area cleaned up.
