Our Mission
Our mission is to keep the area around High Street and 580 clean and support hyper-local beautification projects. We started in 2020 to address the accumulation of trash around High Street, reduce blight, and improve the quality of life. The City of Oakland supports our efforts by supplying us with trash bags, gloves, vests and trash pickers.
We've grown to a sizable group of regular volunteers and are currently planning a community succulent garden at the High Street 580 Exit. Scroll through the images below to see the current and proposed future state of the offramp.
